Obersee is a family owned company based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, founded by a German man and his American wife. The company is named after a beautiful lake in Germany where the owners have spent countless hours enjoying the outdoors with their children. Since the Obersee provides endless hours of quality outdoor time for the entire family, the name seemed to fit the ideals of the company - and so Obersee, the company, was born. 

At Obersee, we strive to create products for the entire family that feature principles of creativity, functionality and a funky spirit. We strive to offer products that are unique, stylish, and, most importantly, cool. Through our designs we strive to please our customers by incorporating patterns and prints that embody the fun spirit of today’s modern youth (and adults) so that consumers can express themselves freely without loosing the functional aspects of the product. In fact, most of our designs were created through the suggestions of the little princesses, ballerinas, divas, firemen, racecar drivers and pirates of today’s youngest generation. They say – why sacrifice function for fashion?
